1. Writing as the old man with the
vulture eye, compose a letter to a friend when you talk about your new
roommate. Describe your impressions of
him and the interactions you have had with him.
Be creative! Your letter should
be a page to a page and a half in length.
OR
2. Writing as the murderer, compose
a newspaper announcement where you are seeking a new roommate. Describe the kind of person you would like as
a “roomie”, and the kind of person you are.
Definitely include engaging details. This announcement should also be about
a page in length.
This assignment is due on Monday. Make sure that your subjects and verbs agree in all your sentences.
