The first section of the test is based on knowing the short story terms. A sheet was given out on Friday with all the terms. The format of this first section is fill in the blanks, plus a few short answers. Students should make sure that they know the plot diagram and its component parts.
The second section is short answers (one or two points each) about the individual stories (who is the protagonist/antagonist, what is the conflict, what is the moral in story X, etc.). All this should be covered in the class' review sheets.
The final section is a paragraph response. If the students remember one story well, they will be able to write this paragraph.
