This weekend, please write a rough copy of your extended metaphor. We will peer edit them on Monday. Try to include at least three ways your chosen animal is like your chosen emotion. If you have more to say, all the better!
On Monday we will read the short story "A Game of Catch". If you wish to familiarize yourself with the piece, you may. Do complete the vocabulary for the story.
Finally, we will continue our discussion of character analysis on Monday. We filled in the blue worksheet today in class, but I have assigned no homework related to it.
