Brainstorm the word "lesson" to come up with a specific incident from your life that concerns a lesson.  This will be the first step in writing a narrative composition.  Your incident can be humorous, sad, exciting, or frightening.  The lesson can be life-changing and profound or simply entertaining. We will be sharing our stories with each other at different stages in the writing process, so keep that in mind as you plan, please.
