Next class, we will be reviewing for the test. The format of the test is as follows:
Section A (30 marks)
- matching
- true/false
- fill in the blanks
- short answers
Section B (15 marks)
- quotations -- you must give three ways each quote is significant (how does it reflect character, symbol, irony, theme, or judicious use of point of view?)
Section C (10 marks)
- paragraph answer -- you choose to answer one prompt from a list of four
Total: 65 marks
To prepare for this, know your stories, review your senior English handouts and their bolded terms, and fill in the short story review sheets.
